There are four levels of service and care available at The Gardens:

- Level I: Self Care - Basic
- Level II: Residential
- Level III: Regular Assisted Living
- Level IV: Enhanced Assisted Living

Level I: Self Care - Basic
|
- Caring and attentive environment
- Choice of suites or apartments, each with a full bath
- Use of all amenities and community spaces
- Individually controlled heating and air conditioning
- 24-hour emergency call and response system
- Three appetizing and nutritionally balanced meals each day, plus healthy snacks.
- Stimulating calendar of activities which includes regularly scheduled outings in the community
- Weekly housekeeping with fresh towels and linen service
- Personal laundry service weekly, if needed, except ironing
- All utilities, except phone and television
- Transportation to medical appointments within five (5) miles
- Carefully selected, well-trained, and dedicated staff on duty around the clock
- Individualized assessment and service plan developed and monitored by our interdisciplinary team
- All of the above are included in the cost of your suite or apartment.

Level II: Residential (Includes all Level I services plus)
|
- Personal reminders and light assistance* with two (2) activities of daily living* (bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, toileting, or eating assistance) as follows:
- Bathing - tub bath or shower two (2) times per week
- Dressing - clothes selection and dressing
- Grooming - hair and teeth brushing, shaving, belt, tie, etc.
- Transferring - transfer to/from chair, bath, or toilet
- Toileting - reminders, cuing, redirection to toileting, and/or physical assistance with light incontinence requiring one to three (1 to 3) products per day**
- Meals - cutting food, buttering bread, etc
- Quarterly wellness assessment by an on-site licensed nurse (sooner upon change in condition)
- Medication reminders and cuing
- Reminders for dining and activities
- Daily spot cleaning and trash removal
- Beds made daily
- Fresh towels twice weekly, if needed
*The resident is able to perform the task after receiving some assistance.

Level III: Regular Assisted Living (Includes all Level I and II services plus)
|
- Personal reminders and assistance with up to four (4) activities of daily living* (bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, toileting, or eating assistance) as follows:
Bathing - tub bath or shower two (2) times per week
Dressing - clothes selection and dressing
Grooming - hair and teeth brushing, shaving, belt, tie, etc.
Transferring - transfer to/from chair, bath, or toilet
Toileting - reminders, cuing, redirection to toileting, and/or assistance with incontinence care requiring four to six (4 to 6) products per day**
Meals - cutting food, buttering bread, etc.
- Daily escort service to meals and activities
*The resident must be able to participate in the completion of the task with assistance from the staff.

Level IV: Enhanced Assisted Living (Includes Level I, II and III services plus)
|
- Personal reminders and assistance with five (5) or more activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, toileting, or eating assistance) as follows:
Bathing - tub bath or shower three to four (3 to 4) times per week
Dressing - clothes selection and dressing
Grooming - hair and teeth brushing, shaving, belt, tie, etc.
Transferring - transfer to/from chair, bath, or toilet
Toileting - reminders, cuing, redirection to toileting, and/or assistance with incontinence care requiring six to seven (6 to 7) products per day*
Meals - cutting food, buttering bread, etc.
- Regular night-time comfort checks
- Additional housekeeping
- Additional laundry and linen service
*Additional charge for over six (6) products a day.
